Domestic Returns & Exchanges
Dandelionfeet.com honors returns and exchanges. Returns/exchanges must be received within 60
days of purchase for a refund. After 60 days- store credit only. All merchandise must be in new
condition- unworn and returned in its original packaging to receive a refund. As a convenience,
you will receive a pre-paid UPS return label which you can easily place on the package and drop
off at the nearest UPS drop box. If you wish to use our convenient pre-paid return label, we will
refund you for the returned merchandise less $7 to cover shipping charges. If you choose use
your own shipping method, please ship the return merchandise to:

International Returns & Exchanges
Dandelionfeet.com honors returns and exchanges on international orders. Returns/exchanges
must be received within 60 days of purchase for a refund. After 60 days- store credit only. All
merchandise must be in new condition- unworn and returned in its original packaging to receive a
refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping as well as shipping for the exchanged item.
Refunds will be given once we receive the returned items. Refunds will not be given on any
shipping costs. International Unclaimed Packages: Refunds will be issued less all shipping costs
and the Unclaimed Package Fee when applicable. Buyer is responsible for all customs fees when
applicable, no exceptions.
A Return/Exchange form will be enclosed for all orders. Please fill out the form as completely and
accurately as possible to help expedite the return/exchange process!
